The 20-year-old has recently impressed on loan at Farnborough, where he scored two goals in four Conference South appearances.
But boss Jol admits that it has not been enough to earn him new deal at the end of the season because Fulham already have a wealth of attacking talent at the club.
"I kept him on board for two years but he was not playing in our reserve team because we had other players," said the Fulham boss.
"It was not easy for him but he justified my decision to keep him. However, it is still a different level - it is not the Premier League so we have to make decisions on these players."
