Top 10 the aim for Tigers star
Ahmed Elmohamady is targeting a top-10 finish for Hull, who could almost secure their Premier League status with a win over West Ham.
The Tigers picked up a massive three points with a victory over West Brom on Saturday and they will be on the verge of safety if they can secure another win over the Hammers on Wednesday.
Hull then travel to Stoke on Saturday and although safety is the number one objective, Elmohamady says a top 10-finish and a place in the FA Cup final would cap a remarkable season.
"I want us to finish in the top ten. That would be a big achievement," said Elmohamady. "That and getting to Wembley in the final. What a season that would be for everyone.
"I am told we are in the club's highest ever position so it would be great to achieve that. The club has been here a long time. The main thing is staying in the Premier League and that is the priority, but a high position would be great."
It will not be easy against a West Ham side, who after losing to Manchester United on Saturday, are still looking over their shoulder at the drop zone.
"I thought West Brom was a good game but now we have another tough one on Wednesday night," he added. "But we are really looking forward to it. West Ham is huge. If we get the three points then we will be in a very good position."
