Mina is quickly becoming one of the most talented defenders in the game with his impressive performances catching the eye of numerous top European outfits.
The 22-year-old recently netted a late equaliser for Colombia last week against Uruguay and his stock has been going up with every outing on both the domestic and international stage.
His agent has now revealed an agreement is in place to join Spanish champions Barcelona although the deal is not done and dusted yet, with other teams still able to make an offer.
"Yes, a pre-agreement was signed and there's the possibility that the kid goes to Barcelona," Mina said. "It's only a pre-agreement, so there's still the chance that other teams to make an offer, so any move would depend on circumstances and the desire of the player - other top European teams are interested."
Barcelona's agreement reportedly means Mina can join the club anytime over the next three years for a fee of nine million euros.
