The 25-year-old moved to the Spanish capital from Real Sociedad in 2014 and has enjoyed two productive seasons at the Vicente Calderon Stadium.
The France international scored 57 goals across all competitions in his first two campaigns with the club and has bagged nine from 15 outings this term.
He has been linked with some of the biggest European clubs and with rumours that coach Diego Simeone might be on his way, there has been speculation that Griezmann might also look for a new challenge.
However, the Macon-born hit-man has made it clear he is happy in his present surroundings.
"If I want to reach the highest levels of the game then I must start winning trophies and I know I can do this with Atletico. Last year we were close once again to winning the Champions League," he told GQ magazine.
