La Liga: Rodriguez denies Real exit thoughts

The Colombia international has found the going tough at the Bernabeu since moving to the Spanish capital in 2014 and was reported to have been made available by coach Zinedine Zidane during the summer transfer window.
Chelsea were supposedly very keen on signing the 25-year-old but nothing came of the links to the Premier League club as he stayed put.

Rodriguez has had to fight hard for an opportunity in the Real line-up and took full advantage of his first start of the season on Sunday against Espanyol, scoring the opening goal as Los Blancos secured a 2-0 victory.
After the game, in which Real equaled Barcelona's record of 16 consecutive La Liga victories, Rodriguez said he always intended to stay at the club.
"I never thought about leaving Real Madrid and have always strived to be here," Rodriguez said.
"I have felt great support from the team and the coach. I have a good relationship with the coach and it shows."
