Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale are both set to be fit for Real Madrid's game with Villarreal on Wednesday.
The star duo both missed Sunday's clash at Espanyol as they guarded against further injury, a game Zinedine Zidane's side won 2-0, but they've made good progress since and have trained without a problem in the build-up to this week's La Liga clash against the Yellow Submarine.
Ronaldo has made just two appearances in all competitions for the European champions so far this season as he continues to be nursed back to full fitness following the knee injury he suffered playing for Portugal in the Euro 2016 final, while Bale picked up a minor hip injury in Tuesday's Champions League victory over Sporting Lisbon.
There were some reports that Ronaldo could miss Wednesday's game as a further precaution but it is thought Zidane will have them both available as Real look to maintain their perfect start to the season.
