Bayern midfielder closing on Lille switch
Renato Sanches is set to get his wish of a move away from Bayern Munich before the deadline with Ligue 1 side Lille set to swoop.
Sanches has hit out at Bayern in recent weeks, claiming they have blocked him from leaving the Allianz Arena, something that has been dismissed by the powers that be.
Either way, Sanches is now heading for the exit door after Lille agreed to pay Bayern a fee that could rise to 25million euros depending on adds on. He is said to have arrived in Lille to undergo a medical before agreeing terms on a five-year deal.
Sanches arrived at Bayern Munich from Benfica in 2016 with high expectations but failed to live up to them and now looks set for a fresh start and attempt to get his career back on track.
Loan moves at the likes of Swansea have not helped either and a permanent move away could be just what he needs.
