Sanches buries the hatchet with Bayern
Renato Sanches has thanked Bayern Munich for making him a better player after moving to Lille on a five-year deal.
The 22-year-old had been with the Bavarians since 2016 but had been looking for a way out all summer after a lack of playing time in the Bundesliga.
The Portugal international, who spent time on loan with Swansea City in 2017-2018, has found an escape route with Les Dogues.
He became embroiled in a war of words with Bayern but all seems to have been forgotten as the talented youngster was full of praise for his former employers.

“I’d like to thank Bayern Munich once again,” he told Bild. “That was a club that helped me very much.
“At Bayern, I learned never to give up, always to work hard and to give my best. FC Bayern was my club, and I wish it and my team-mates only the best.”
