Marseille move for Everton outcast

Marseille have been linked with a move for Everton's Gerard Deulofeu but they face competition from two Serie A giants.

The former Barcelona forward has struggled for regular action since Ronald Koeman's arrival at Goodison Park and has not featured in any of Everton's previous five games.

The 22-year-old could be on the move in the January transfer window and the Daily Mirror claim Marseille are keen.

However, the Ligue 1 outfit could face competition from Italy as AC Milan and Roma are also tracking the winger.

The Rossoneri are believed to be keen to take Deulofeu on loan but Everton would prefer a permanent switch, while Roma have identified the forward as a potential alternative to top targets Jese Rodriguez of Paris Saint-Germain and West Ham's Sofiane Feghouli.
