Blaise Matuidi says he has no regrets about missing out on a move to Juventus this summer and is happy at Paris Saint-Germain.
The France international was heavily linked with a switch away from the French champions during the transfer window and reportedly held talks with Italian giants Juve.
The Serie A champions were keen to bring in the 29-year-old, viewing him as a potential replacement for Paul Pogba following his world record move to Manchester United.
However, PSG president Nasser Al Khelaifi eventually decided to veto the transfer, much to the frustration of Matuidi, who was supposedly keen on leaving the Parisians.
Matuidi has now insisted he remains fully committed to PSG and claims he has put the transfer saga behind him.
"Yes, I’m very happy," Matuidi told Le Parisien. "I'm very happy and I think that shows on the pitch. I take pleasure, I don't have any regrets today. It's all behind me, it belongs in the past.
"I am focused and committed to PSG."
