France international Mbappe moved to the Parc des Princes on a season-long loan from Monaco during the summer and Les Parisiens are obligated to buy the highly-regarded teenager at the end of the current campaign.
Neymar was also a new arrival in Paris during the summer, as he completed his world-record £198million move from Barcelona, and Mbappe has now revealed how the Brazilian has taken him under his wing over the past few months.
"He facilitated my integration, took me under his wing," Mbappe told PSG's official website. "With me, he behaves like a big brother. Having a player like him who helps you every day is really good."
Mbappe has also dismissed speculation that Neymar has fallen out with PSG boss Unai Emery and he is confident the forward will remain in the French capital for the long term.
"He is a great player," Mbappe added. "We are very happy to have him with us. He feels good here and will achieve great things."
