Ben Yedder set for Monaco switch
Monaco are reportedly on the verge of signing Sevilla forward Wissam Ben Yedder after activating his release clause.
Head coach Leonardo Jardim is eager to strengthen his attacking options before the transfer window closes and is said to be close to completing the signing of France international Ben Yedder.
The 29-year-old forward has been with Sevilla since making the switch from Toulouse in 2016. He enjoyed a fantastic 2018/19 season, scoring 30 goals in all competitions.
Monaco have already added Atletico Madrid winger Gelson Martins to their ranks this summer and the Ligue 1 outfit are now on the verge of snapping up the Sarcelles-born star after activating his £37.1million release clause.
The formalities of the deal are expected to be completed in the coming days although it is unlikely Ben Yedder will available for the league clash at Metz on Saturday.

The Frenchman will become the fifth new summer arrival, joining Martins, Benjamin Lecomte, Henry Onyekuru and Ruben Aguilar at Stade Louis II.
