Neymar joined the Parisians from Barcelona for a world-record 222million euros over the summer and he already boasts seven goals in eight Ligue 1 starts.
However, despite his efforts in front of goal, reports have suggested that all is not well in the PSG camp after it was revealed Neymar has some special privileges in his contract.
The Brazilian was involved in a bust-up with Edinson Cavani over a penalty earlier in the campaign and it has also been claimed Neymar is wanting to force through a move back to Spain.
Draxler insists he hasn't seen any signs of a rift within the group and believes everyone is working well together as they look to reclaim their Ligue 1 crown.
"The tension is being created from the outside," Draxler said.
"Of course there was that penalty situation with Cavani, but that was sorted out one or two days later - but was written about for four or five weeks.
"I’ve got to know him as a polite young man, who knows his worth in the team and gets some privileges, and who maybe asks for them. I don’t know exactly. But a player like him has the right to do so, and we other players aren’t jealous or angry about it, because we are just happy that he is with us.
"We want to help him, he wants to help us, and I’ve got to know him as a polite young man and a great player."
