PSG close in on Allan
Paris Saint-Germain are believed to be closing in on a deal to sign the Napoli defensive midfielder Allan in the January transfer window.
There appears to be large-scale upheaval at Napoli, with Aurelio De Laurentiis looking to offload a few players from the dressing room to get the club back on an even keel.
Brazilian midfielder Allan is thought to be one of the players who could be on his way to pastures new this January.
That will be music to the ears of the hierarchy at the Parc des Princes, as the Ligue 1 champions have long been linked with a move for the South American.
Reports over the summer suggested PSG would have to stump up £50m to sign the 28-year-old but with the turbulence at Napoli, the Azzurri could be willing to accept a reduced offer for the player.

Les Parisiens have a number of options in that defensive midfield role with the likes of Marquinhos, Idrissa Gueye, and Marco Verratti but reports across the Channel have suggested the club are still eager to add Allan to their ranks.
Sporting director Leonardo did not spend excessively during the last summer window and with the deep pockets of the club’s Qatari owners, it does not look like any valuation below the £50m would put off the Parisians in the New Year.
PSG, who hold an eight-point lead at the top of the table, are next in action on November 22 when they host Lille in Ligue 1.
