The 36-time capped French international concedes he struggled to live up to expectations during the opening half of the campaign but is determined to prove his worth to the side.
He told reporters: “I am well aware that the first part of the season was not good. I have to do more and that’s what I strive to do.
“Things did not necessarily go very well in the first six months, so it is for me to think a little bit and improve the level of the team.”
