Jacob Hazel, Jack Waddle and Jonathan Wafula have all earned one-year contracts at the B2net Stadium after impressing in the Spireites' youth set-up.
Waddle captained the team to their second successive Midland Youth Cup final in a season which Hazel managed an incredible return of 42 goals.
Youth team manager Dave Bentley is full of admiration for the players but singled out Wafula for his hard work in earning the contract.
He said: "Congratulations to the three lads who have been offered one-year professional contracts. The hard work starts now.
"I have great admiration for the commitment of Jonathan.
"He has come through the Chesterfield College programme where he has combined college education, training, youth team matches as well as a part-time job."
The Spireites were relegated from League One after suffering a 3-2 defeat at Yeovil on Saturday and John Sheridan's side are already planning for next season.
