Puel has not altered much since his arrival as a replacement for the axed Craig Shakespeare but Vardy says there will be changes after the current international break.
"It's been good he hasn't changed too much but he has said he wants to change a few things, coming up in the future after the international break, but he says they will only be little things," said the England man. "They are things he says will make us better, so we are looking forward to it."
Meanwhile Vardy has come out in defence of former team-mate Danny Drinkwater who dropped out of the England set-up claiming he was not fit enough to play.
Vardy said: "He has been struggling to get a bit of match-time. He definitely wants to play for his country."
