The Foxes are involved in the first game of the new campaign when they go to the Emirates and Morgan is set to line up in Craig Shakespeare's starting XI to take on the Gunners.
The centre-back was troubled by a back problem at the end of last season but, after playing a big part in the club's summer friendlies, the 33-year-old says he's fully fit and "raring to go".
"It's been a long pre-season and it's always tough," Morgan told the club's website. "Everyone's raring to go.
"To have that rest was important and I've come back into pre-season feeling good," he added.
"I've gotten stronger and stronger each week."
