The duo have impressed in the Eredivisie this season and scouts have been flocking to Feyenoord to check out both players, who could be available for a combined £25million fee.
As well as playing together at Feyenoord, De Vrij and Indi are the regular partnership in central defence for the Dutch national side which has helped their stock rise even further.
Feyenoord skipper De Vrijj is refusing to sign a new deal following interest from bigger clubs and a move looks to be on the cards.
"I want to see what is happening now," he revealed. "I will focus on playing for the club and for Holland, but I won't sit down with the club now about a new contract."
Reports claim that both Liverpool and Tottenham will have scouts present when Feyenoord take on PSV Eindhoven today, while Everton have also been linked.
