The Citizens are currently top of the Premier League while they have also made progress in the Champions League and Carabao Cup encountering relatively little trouble.
Within the first four months of the season, City have already beaten the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool while they also proved too much for Napoli in Europe.
Under Guardiola, City will be looking to challenge on all fronts and the former Barcelona boss is expecting his team to continue their recent run.
He told reporters: "Liverpool at home, winning at Stamford Bridge, at Napoli, against Shakhtar, gives you confidence. Of course, confidence on its own doesn’t work, but you have to see it, believe it, feel it.
"We now have the feeling – wherever we go, whoever we play – that we are capable of winning. And that is the first step to arrive at the end of a competition and to fight to win the title."
