Defensive duo cause concern

Sir Alex Ferguson is waiting on the fitness of Jonny Evans and Patrice Evra ahead of Wednesday's Champions League clash.

Both players picked up knocks during Saturday's win at Bolton and will be assessed on Monday before United decide whether the pair are fit to travel to Portugal ahead of the game against Benfica.
Speaking about the pair, Ferguson revealed: "Jonny Evans got a knee in the hip and it's a bit tender, Patrice Evra got a knock on the knee."
The United boss is already without the injured Tom Cleverley for the clash at the Estadio da Luz, with Nemanja Vidic and Rafael also expected to sit out the group opener.
