Ipswich to check on Keane’s fitness for Leeds match
Bottom club Ipswich will check on forward Will Keane ahead of the visit of Leeds.
Keane went off after just six minutes in the defeat at Sheffield United last weekend, having just returned to action following eight games out with a hamstring problem.
Winger Gwion Edwards has been carrying an unspecified muscular problem, while veteran defender James Collins (calf) is another to be assessed.
Wales Under-21s striker Ellis Harrison is making progress from a back problem, while Emyr Huws (knee) and Jon Nolan (Achilles) also continues his recovery.
Leeds are expected to again be without striker Kemar Roofe for the trip to Suffolk.
The 26-year-old, recently back from a lengthy knee injury, has been troubled by a hip problem.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side are now set for the play-offs, having seen automatic promotion hopes fade after successive defeats by Wigan and Brentford which were followed by a draw against Aston Villa.
Winger Ezgjan Alioski and left-back Barry Douglas will both miss the rest of the season following knee operations.
