Free Europa League betting tips: London double on the cards

Arsenal and Sporting will go head-to-head at the Emirates Stadium on Thursday with the hosts leading the way in Group E.

Arsenal and Chelsea are backed to secure Europa League victories tonight – check out our best bets for both games here.

Vorskla v Arsenal

With Arsenal already guaranteed a place in the knockout phase of the Europa League and Tottenham Sunday’s visitors to the Emirates, we’re unlikely to see Unai Emery risking a full-strength team in Ukraine.

Vorskla, on the other hand, still have a chance to progress and will throw everything including the kitchen sink at the Gunners.

When it comes to betting on this fixture, a lot will depend on Arsenal’s team selection. A largely changed side could make the 17/2  on a Vorskla outright win a lot more attractive.

However, with Emery’s side on a 17-match unbeaten run, it’s incredibly hard to bet against them at this moment. A safer bet may be to back Arsenal and both teams to score at 10/3; the Gunners have kept clean sheets in only four of 13 wins in that 17-match sequence.

Another interesting market ahead of this game would be to look at the number of goals. Last time these two sides met, Arsenal picked up a 4-2 win in an entertaining clash at the Emirates.

With that in mind, over 2.5 goals at better than even money or over 3.5 goals at 5/2 could be the way to go.

Chelsea v PAOK

Chelsea have never lost a home Europa League game and it’s unlikely that PAOK Salonika will be the ones to break that trend.

Their last and only meeting took place on matchday one which saw the Blues come away from Thessaloniki with a slender 1-0 victory.

One bet which continues to land when it comes to Maurizio Sarri’s men is another Chelsea win to nil. The Blues have kept a clean sheet in three of their four wins in this competition.

What’s more, PAOK have suffered three defeats in Group L – all three without scoring – making this 21/20 bet all the more tempting.

Another possible way to bet would be to look at the overs and unders market. Five of the last seven PAOK games have seen fewer than three goals scored. Under 2.5 goals is currently priced at 6/5 and could be the way to go tonight.
