Marcelo in line for summer switch to Juventus
Juventus are reportedly on the verge of agreeing a deal for Real Madrid left-back Marcelo.
Brazil international Marcelo arrived at the Bernabeu from Fluminense back in 2007 and has made close to 500 appearances for the Spanish giants in all competitions during his 12-year spell.
However, the 30-year-old has slipped down the pecking order under Santiago Solari and the left-back has been forced to play second fiddle to rising star Sergio Reguilon.
It is claimed the Rio de Janeiro-born star has asked to leave Los Blancos at the end of the season, and reports are suggesting a summer move to Juventus is close to being agreed on.
The Italian champions are eager to bring in more competition for Alex Sandro and they see Marcelo as an ideal signing.
It is also said the Madrid full-back could be playing under former boss Zinedine Zidane, with the Frenchman tipped to replace Massimiliano Allegri during the summer.
