Trippier tracked by Italian outfit
Napoli are considering a summer switch for Tottenham Hotspur defender Kieran Trippier, reports claim.
Having failed to make a serious challenge for the Serie A title, Napoli boss Carlo Ancelotti is eager to strengthen his options during the summer transfer window and is claimed to have identified right-back Trippier.
The England international has struggled for form this season, leading to Mauricio Pochettino dropping him to the bench on occasions, but the Partenopei are still looking to acquire his services.
It is thought Spurs, who face Ajax in the Champions League semi-finals this season, would be willing to discuss a possible deal although they are rumoured to want at least £25million for the defender.
The 28-year-old, who still has three years left on his deal at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, is said to be intrigued by the possibility of playing abroad and could be tempted into a switch.
