Cheltenham defender Mullins announces retirement
Cheltenham defender Johnny Mullins has announced his retirement from professional football.
The 33-year-old made 24 appearances for the Robins this season having joined the club last spring but will now hang up his boots.
Mullins said on ctfc.
com: ‘I want to look towards the next chapter of my life, spend a bit more time with my family, and see what happens.
‘ He began his career with Reading and went on to make more than 500 professional appearances for Kidderminster, Mansfield, Stockport, Rotherham, Oxford, Luton and Cheltenham.
