Milan chief to hold talks with Sarri
AC Milan CEO Ivan Gazidis is understood to have made Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri his top target and will travel for talks.
Gazidis left Arsenal to take up his current role at Milan in September and reports claim he is looking to replace manager Gennaro Gattuso.
The report states that Sarri is Gazidis’ preferred choice and he could potentially be persuaded to leave Chelsea after a tough first season.
Despite coming under fire in England, Sarri’s stock remains high in Italy due to his impressive work with Napoli.
It is claimed that Gazidis will head to London in the next couple of weeks to offer a deal worth 3million euros per year after tax.
