Liverpool will allow Sheyi Ojo to join Rangers on loan next season but a decision has yet to be made on the future of Ryan Kent.

Ojo, 21, spent last season on loan with French outfit Reims and will now link up with Liverpool legend and Rangers boss, Steven Gerrard, for the new campaign.

The Reds are not willing to cash in on Ojo just yet and will see how he develops north of the border before making a decision on his future in 12 months.

However, the Reds are still weighing up what to do with Kent, who impressed on loan at Ibrox last season and is wanted back in Glasgow.

According to the Daily Record, English Championship side Leeds United have now joined Premier League newcomers Aston Villa in the chase to take Kent on loan.

Liverpool are believed to be happy to let the 22-year-old depart on a temporary basis once again but could also be open to bids for the player if they are big enough.
