Ismail signs for Bradford following release from Walsall
Bradford have signed winger Zeli Ismail from Walsall on a one-year deal.
Ismail was one of 11 players released by new Walsall bossDarrell Clarke last month following the club’s relegation to Sky Bet League Two.
‘City have completed their fourth signing of the summer, adding former Walsall winger Zeli Ismail to the ranks,’ Bradford said on their official website.
‘Born in Albania, the former England youth international is a product of Wolverhampton Wanderers’ academy, and has put pen to paper on an initial one-year deal with the Bantams.
‘ The 25-year-old had loan spells at MK Dons, Burton, Notts County, Oxford and Cambridge before joining Walsall from Bury, initally on loan, in 2017.
‘I’m really happy to be here.
I know this is the right move for me and cannot wait to get in front of the crowd,’ Ismail added.
