Lyon wonder if Liverpool will return for Fekir
According to reports in France, Liverpool are pondering another summer raid for Lyon midfielder Nabil Fekir.
The playmaker was set for a move to Anfield last summer but it collapsed at the 11th hour due to an issue with his medical.
Liverpool were worried about a knee injury and decided to back out of the deal, with Reds boss Jurgen Klopp then able to take his team to another level as they won the Champions League for a sixth time.
However, Le Progres says Klopp is still interested in his services with Lyon’s asking price now much lower than it was last summer.
Lyon had wanted £60million 12 months ago, but reports in France suggest the price-tag has dropped dramatically and he could be available for as little as £25million.
The two clubs will play each other in a pre-season friendly on July 31 and Liverpool chiefs could seek talks then if they decide to reignite their previous interest.
