Sinkgraven edging closer to Germany switch
According to reports, Daley Sinkgraven is on the verge of leaving Ajax for Bundesliga outfit Bayer Leverkusen.
The Netherlands Under-21 international arrived at the Johan Cruyff Arena in January 2015 from Heerenveen and he was a regular member in the first-team squad during his first two-and-a-half seasons, making 50 Eredivisie appearances.
However, the 23-year-old midfielder has struggled with injury since the start of the 2017/18 campaign and has featured in just 13 league matches since.
It looks like his time in Holland is coming to an end following reports of a deal to take him to Leverkusen, who finished fourth in the Bundesliga last season, is close to completion.
Die Werkself are said to have had a five million euros bid accepted and Sinkgraven has agreed personal terms on a move that will see him link up with former Ajax boss Peter Bosz at the BayArena.
