President Claudio Lotito admits midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic could leave Lazio this summer but will not come cheap for any suitors.

Milinkovic-Savic, 24, has spent the past four seasons with the Rome outfit, scoring 31 goals from 163 appearances in all competitions, and a number of clubs are said to have expressed an interest.

Manchester United, Chelsea and Milan are all thought to be keen, while Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint Germain are reportedly readying a huge bid for the Serbia international.

Juventus have also been mentioned in connection with the former Genk ace, who has a price tag of around 100million euros, according to Goal.

Lotito told Gazzetta dello Sport: ‘Milinkovic-Savic? At Lazio, we keep only those who want to stay at the club.

‘If the player expresses his intention to explore a new adventure, we will not oppose him.

‘At what price can we let him go? Negotiations are not made in the newspapers.

I will only say that he is the best midfielder in the league.’
