Wilson set to rebuff any Championship loans
According to reports in England, Liverpool have decided against loaning Harry Wilson to another Championship club next season.
The Wales international spent last season on loan at Derby County and he nearly helped the Rams achieve promotion to the Premier League.
Frank Lampard’s Derby narrowly missed out after losing in the play-off final to Aston Villa, but the Championship outfit are now struggling to bring him back to Pride Park.
Wilson, who scored 15 goals in 40 appearances last season, is wanted by a number of second-tier clubs but Liverpool chiefs are determined to put Wilson through his paces.
Manager Jurgen Klopp is ready to take a look at Wilson during pre-season, while any loan deal will now be made with another Premier League outfit.
