Tottenham agree Clarke fee
Tottenham are hopeful of completing the signing of Leeds United winger Jack Clarke this week after reportedly agreeing a fee of £8.5million.
The 18-year-old made his breakthrough to the Whites first team last season and managed a handful of appearances for the Championship club, doing enough to catch the eye of several Premier League outfits.
However, it is Tottenham who look to have won the race for his signature with reports claiming the two clubs have now agreed a fee of £8.
5million, potentially rising to £13million with add-ons.
It is understood Leeds are keen to see Clarke loaned back to them for the 2019/20 season but it is unclear whether Spurs have agreed to that demand having initially been reluctant.
Clarke’s representatives, former Leeds defender Ian Harte, is thought to have already reached an agreement in principle with Spurs and it is understood a deal could be completed very shortly.
