Winger set for Seagulls medical before penning deal
Belgian winger Leandro Trossard will undergo a medical today before putting pen-to-paper on a five-year deal with Brighton.
Trossard and his agent agreed personal terms with Brighton yesterday, and the player is in the area to complete his medical and put the finishing touches to the switch.
Trossard was back in his homeland getting married on Saturday, but arrived in Brighton the day after to conclude a move to the Amex Stadium.
Brighton will pay a club-record fee of £18million for the player, who is said to have turned down the likes of Aston Villa and Arsenal in favour of heading to the south coast.
The winger will become the second signing for new Seagulls boss Graham Potter following the capture of central defender Matt Clarke from Portsmouth over the weekend.
