The Scotland international returned to the starting XI for last Saturday’s trip to Arsenal, but he lasted just 38 minutes at the Emirates.
Fraser sustained an ankle injury after clashing with Gunners’ full-back Hector Bellerin and he had to be replaced by Jordon Ibe, as Arsenal eventually ran out 3-0 victors.
However, it is hoped that he will be back in the side as the Cherries are still hunting their first points of the season at the fifth attempt in the Vitality Stadium encounter.
Junior Stanislas and Callum Wilson both remain long-term absentees with respective groin and knee injuries.
Boss Eddie Howe is hopeful that Stanislas will be back in the first-team frame soon after returning to training this week, but Wilson is still facing a longer lay-off.
Howe said: “Callum isn’t close, not yet. But he’s looking good, we haven’t seen him back in training yet so there’s still a way to go.
“We want to ensure Callum returns in the best possible condition.
“Elsewhere in the squad, there’s nothing new that’s a major concern.”
