Murphy exit talk resurfaces

Brighton & Hove Albion

Fulham have joined a growing list of clubs said to be keen on Brighton's £4million-rated winger Jamie Murphy.

The Scotland international is said to want a new contract with the Seagulls but could be one of the unfortunate members of Chris Hughton’s squad to fall by the wayside following their promotion to the Premier League.

The Amex outfit are said to be willing to listen to offers for Murphy of around £4million, prompting a whole host of clubs in England and Scotland to take an interest.

Scottish Premiership duo Celtic and Rangers plus Championship outfit Sunderland have previously been linked with the 27-year-old.

Fulham are now reported to have entered the race for Murphy’s signature as they look to assemble a squad capable of achieving promotion next season.
