The 27-year-old has had his problems on the injury front in recent seasons but now looks to be getting his career back on track at St Andrews after joining the Championship club on loan.
Jutkiewicz scored his second goal in as many matches as Birmingham beat Rotherham 4-2 on Tuesday night and is now the club’s joint-top scorer with Clayton Donaldson.
Blues boss Gary Rowett is delighted with his performances and goals, and if he carries on like this then Clarets boss Sean Dyche could have a decision to make over his future.
“The second goal a good ball into the box, when Jukey is getting the ball crossed into him and he’s in the middle of the goal not many teams are going to be able to stop him,” said Rowett.
“That’s a real strong start for him in his Blues career, four goals in something like eight or nine appearances. He was a real handful and physical presence at times.”
