Luiz has been playing with a knee injury since December and Alonso has been troubled by pain in his leg for some time.
As a result boss Antonio Conte has confirmed the duo will be rested against the Championship outfit but Terry is set to make a return from an ankle problem.
“All the players are available but for sure there are situations that are better to keep under control,” he told reporters.
“For Marcos Alonso, [we want] to give him a bit of rest, also for David Luiz, we have the opportunity to give him a week to recover well and to prepare for the next game.
“His knee is okay. He has improved a lot, if you compare his knee after the game against Manchester City.
“John Terry is fit for this game, he is okay.
“All the players are in good form, I have only the problem to make the best choices for the game.”
Hibernian head coach Neil Lennon claimed referee John Beaton failed to protect his players from 'disgraceful' challenges during a 1-1 draw with St Johnstone.
