Foxes warned about Terries bite

Leicester City

Craig Shakespeare says Leicester are in for a tough game at Huddersfield and is not surprised by how they have started the season.

The Terriers are one of the favourites for relegation this season having caused a major shock by securing promotion to the Premier League via the play-offs last term.

Thus far though the West Yorkshire outfit have more than held their own against England’s elite, taking seven points from their first four matches.

David Wagner’s side lost for the first time on Monday night at West Ham but Shakespeare does not believes their bubble has burst yet, claiming they still carry plenty of momentum from their promotion run last season.

Leicester are the next team in Huddersfield’s sights and Shakespeare says he is preparing his squad for a tough examination as they look for their second win of the season.

“It will be a really tough game, make no mistake,” he told reporters. “In terms of momentum sometimes coming up the way they did, they have the momentum with them, in terms of their performances, though they had a disappointing result against West Ham. But no they haven’t surprised me.”
