The 18-year-old Academy graduate has been targeted by the likes of Aston Villa, Everton and West Ham, but he says he is happy to focus on getting the season going with the Foxes.
He told the Mercury: “Things like that happen but I am just focusing on what I am doing on the pitch.”
On last season’s relegation, he said: “The team didn’t get to know each other. We had a lot of new players at the start of the season and new players midway through.
“This time there has been a real pre-season and we have got to know each other as a group.
“Hopefully we have a real team spirit because that’s what we need.
“The manager is trying to get a good team bonding going. He wants us to do things as a group and he is keen on ensuring how fit we are.
“This league is going to be a fast league and he wants us to play our football.”
