The highly-rated defender made 17 appearances for the first team last season but Brendan Rodgers wants him to get some regular action and gain more experience and has suggested he, and a number of other Reds youngsters, may be sent out on loan.
Wisdom performed admirably having been thrown in at the deep end and Rodgers is keen for him to continue his development by playing more this season.
