Hammers striker happy where he is

West Ham United

West Ham star Javier Hernandez has dismissed reports that he is ready to leave the Hammers just months after joining the club.

After a shaky start to the season for Slaven Bilic’s men there has been speculation that Hernandez, who joined in the summer from Bayer Leverkusen for £16m, was ready to move away from the club.

Reports in Spain said he had instructed his agent to get him a move to Valencia or Sevilla when the window opens in January but Hernandez has stated he is happy at West Ham and that the rumors are not true.

He stated on his personal Twitter account: “That’s a lie! I’m very happy at West Ham!! #COYI.”
