Noble issues Hammers warning

West Ham skipper Mark Noble has warned his team-mates not to underestimate bottom of the table Sunderland on Saturday.

The mood is upbeat at the Hammers after the win at Crystal Palace dragged them out of the bottom three but Noble has warned them not to take the Black Cats lightly.

David Moyes’ side sit at the foot of the table without a win to their name but they should not be taken lightly according to Noble.

“It’s really important that we don’t turn up and the fans don’t turn up and think it’s Sunderland, they’re bottom of the league, we’re going to win,” he said.

“It doesn’t work like that in this league, you have to really earn your points. I was really happy for everyone in the club because we’ve trained really hard in the past two or three weeks. The players really do care and I think that showed on Saturday.”
