Madrid will bounce back – Kroos
Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos insists he is not concerned by his team’s poor start to the campaign.
The Spanish giants are without a win in four matches and they have lost two of their last three La Liga games.
Julen Lopetegui’s men have now dropped to fourth in the league table and they have failed to score in over 500 minutes.
Some fans are already questioning Lopetegui’s tactics, with Kroos playing in a holding midfielder role.
However, Kroos insists he stands by his manager and is confident they can turn the corner in the coming weeks.
‘It’s a challenge to turn things around,’ Kroos said at a news conference in Berlin. ‘We have shown at Real that we can do it. There have always been phases like that. I am not worried.’
