Real in spurious Kane link
Reports in Spain suggest Real Madrid are set to reignite their interest in Tottenham striker Harry Kane in January.
The Bernabeu giants were said to be keen on the England hitman back in 2018 but nothing materialised and now the rumours have resurfaced, according to El Desmarque in Spain.
It is well known Los Blancos chief Zinedine Zidane is keen to freshen up his squad and bring in a few new faces, with Spurs midfielder Christian Eriksen also linked with the La Liga outfit.
However, it is the Denmark international’s club team-mate who is now the subject of the latest reports, with the Spanish outlet claiming that talks between the clubs over Kane are at the ‘advanced’ stage.
It has also been noted the north Londoners have put a 200million euros price tag on their hitman and want 120million euros plus Karim Benzema if any deal is to be done.

The recent problems at Spurs have been well documented, with reports that boss Mauricio Pochettino is close to the sack, but it seems highly unlikely Kane would jump ship regardless of who was in the dugout.
He is ambitious and has the talent to succeed in the Spanish capital but at this time of year, as the mid-season window approaches, there are many ‘paper stories’ doing the rounds.
It remains to be seen if there is any truth in the report as Kane seems happy in his current surroundings and continues to score goals for fun at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
