Real target admits to uncertain future

Real Madrid will be on red alert as Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma admits his future is in the hands of his agent.

The youngster has established himself as one of the top keepers in the European game despite being only 19 years old and has already been capped five times by Italy.

Unsurprisingly, many top European clubs have been linked, with Real thought to have shown more than a passing interest in the talented custodian, who has made 100 Serie A appearances for the Rossoneri.

Real have continually been linked with Manchester United shot-stopper David de Gea over the past few years but may well have turned their attention elsewhere as the Red Devils refuse to budge.

And Donnarumma’s words plus news that Milan may be looking at Napoli’s Pepe Reina, will have given Los Blancos encouragement that they might get their man this summer.

‘I don’t know anything,’ he told Mediaset. ‘Reina as my backup? I don’t know, he’s a great goalkeeper and it will be tough competition. I do everything for this shirt.’

Representative Mino Raiola has made it clear the keeper will be on his way at the end of the campaign and the agent usually finds the top clubs for his clients.
