Injury boost for striker
QPR have received a boost on the injury front with the news that Loic Remy's groin problem is not as bad as first feared.
The France international picked a groin problem last Friday in training, ruling him out of the Norwich game, and there were genuine fears the he could be out for up to two months which would have been a massive blow to both him and manager Harry Redknapp.
He had a scan on the problem on Monday and it revealed the injury is not as bad as first feared and he may now be back in time to face Manchester United on February 23.
Remy has suffered with groin and thigh problems for the past 12 months but this one appears to be just a tweak and the R's will be delighted to get him back in the side, although he will miss this weekend's clash with Swansea.
