Blythe, who returned to Warrington from Bradford earlier this year, is confident the Wolves will improve after they tasted disappointment last season.
They won the League Leaders' Shield before losing the Grand Final to Wigan Warriors in October, as Tony Smith gave plenty of academy players their first taste of Super League action.
Declan Patton, Toby King and Morgan Smith were all thrown in at the deep end and Blythe believes they will bounce back in 2017.
"The games were on Sky quite a lot last year and you could see lads coming in at the back end of the season and doing a great job," he told the Warrington Guardian.
"I thought Morgan Smith, Joe Philbin and Toby King were all excellent as well as Dec Patton in a key position.
"To come into that sort of situation and handle some high-pressure games the way they did was really impressive.
"The experience they will have gained from that will only help them along and I think they will make us stronger this year."
