Wigan prop Ben Flower has been handed a two-match ban after being cited for an elbow against Warrington's Declan Patton.
The Wales international will be available for the Grand Final at Old Trafford if Wigan manage to make it that far.
Flower, who was sent off in the first minute of the 2014 Grand Final and banned for six months, will miss Friday’s Super League clash with Catalans and the semi-final.
The Wigan man was also fined £300 by a disciplinary panel for the grade C offence after they found the elbow had not been deliberate but felt it was "a reckless act that had contact with the opponent's head and with obvious risk of serious injury."
Warriors have already secured a play-off semi-final spot and will ensure they have a home tie in the last four if they can beat Catalans.
